Our Requirements

We needed a consultant who could guide us through the entire ISO certification process—helping us understand the requirements, prepare documentation, and implement the necessary systems and processes. More importantly, we needed a firm that could adapt to our existing operations and culture rather than force a “one-size-fits-all” approach.

Stage of Implementation

At the time, we were left with very little handover and were struggling with what needed to be done and the state that all the documents were left in. I had done some research however there was still a lot of uncertainty about how to structure our internal processes and meet the ISO requirements without disrupting daily operations.
